1 TEASPOON LEMON
JUICE CONCENTRATE, THAWED
1/2 CUP DICED ONION
1/2 CUP DICED CELERY
1/4 CUP DICED SWEET
RED PEPPER
2 TEASPOONS SESAME
SEEDS, TOASTED
Place fillets in
a 13 x 19 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with pepper.
Combine apple juice
concentrate and next 4 ingredients in a nonstick skillet.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables
are tender. Spoon mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork. Transfer fillets and vegetables to a serving
platter, using a slotted spoon; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
